Let Go is a personal well-being app that helps you transform negative thoughts by offering new perspectives, using proven techniques.
Let Go is a well-being tool and does not replace professional care. In case of crisis:
An account is required (via Google or Apple). You must be at least 16 years old. One account per person.
You agree to use the app for personal purposes only and not to circumvent service limitations, generate illegal or harmful content, or use automated systems.
Reframes are automatically generated for informational purposes. They may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute professional advice.
The app offers a free version and a Premium version. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store, automatically renewed, and can be canceled at any time from your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
The app and its content are the property of Let Go. You retain ownership of your thoughts — by submitting them, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license ends when you delete your account.
The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months.
We may suspend your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
These terms are governed by French law. French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
