How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account. This action is irreversible and permanently deletes all your data (thoughts, favorites, profile).

How do I restore my Premium subscription?

If you switched devices or reinstalled the app, open Settings → Subscription → Restore a purchase. Your subscription will be automatically recovered via the App Store.

The app isn't working properly

Try the following steps:

  • Check that you have an internet connection
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Update the app from the App Store
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@letgoapp.tech with a description of the problem

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your thoughts are encrypted in transit and stored securely. They are never shared for commercial purposes. See our privacy policy for more details.
